We are looking for an experienced and commercially focused Group Parts Manager to lead our parts operation across our Nissan and Toyota sites in the Southeast. This is an excellent opportunity for a high performing parts leader to join and play a key role in driving sales growth, operational efficiency and customer service.

The Role

Reporting into the Head of Aftersales, you will take responsibility for the performance of the parts function across multiple sites. You will lead the delivery of strong commercial results, ensure high levels of parts availability, improve stock management disciplines, support workshop performance and build a consistent, customer-focused operation.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop parts teams across multiple sites within the group
  • Drive growth in workshop, retail and trade parts sales
  • Improve stock turn, reduce obsolescence and enhance inventory accuracy
  • Work closely with site leadership teams to improve aftersales performance
  • Maintain manufacturer standards and strong operational compliance
  • Coach and develop Parts Supervisors and wider department teams
  • Maximise manufacturer rewards and incentives

About You

You will already have a successful background in automotive parts management within a dealership or dealer group environment and will be confident operating across multiple locations. You will bring strong commercial awareness, excellent stock control knowledge, a hands-on leadership style and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience of manufacturer standards, aftersales performance management and team development will be important in this role.
