SERVICE ADVISOR – YEOMANS NISSAN PLYMOUTH
Are you ready to be the first point of contact for our customers and a key part of the Nissan journey? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our dynamic team at Yeomans Nissan Plymouth.
As a family-run business with 35 sites, the Yeomans Group is built on a foundation of trust and service. In this role, you’ll be a vital link in our aftersales department, ensuring every customer who visits our Nissan dealership feels confident and cared for. If you’re a friendly, positive communicator with a passion for excellence, you\’re exactly who we\’re looking for.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage customer communications, handling calls to schedule vehicle maintenance.
- Drive workshop bookings by effectively converting inquiries into confirmed appointments.
- Provide a seamless and outstanding customer service experience from start to finish.
- Use your expertise to understand customer needs and recommend the most appropriate products and services.
About You
