Sales Executive – Omoda & Jaecoo Helston

Yeomans Omoda & Jaecoo are looking for a Sales Executive to join our busy team in our new Helston branch.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience in a similar role for at least 2 years.

You will be selling the fantastic Omoda & Jaecoo ranges of new and used vehicles and products, meeting agreed sales volumes whilst ensuring the highest degree of customer service at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Sell the maximum number of new and used vehicles via an effective sales process, whilst achieving the best profit for the business.
  • Carry out accurate appraisals of all vehicles offered for part exchange.
  • Maintain showroom and displays to the required Omoda & Jaecoo standard.
  • Prospect for new and used car customers on a regular basis using various sources to create additional sales opportunities.
  • Follow the sales process precisely and consistently.
  • Manage the preparation and handover of sold vehicles to customers, ensuring a full briefing on vehicle operation and controls; introduce customers to Aftersales staff and maintain regular contact to foster repeat business.
  • Develop and maintain full product knowledge of all products, accessories, prices and key features of major competitors.
  • Ensure all customer information, sales activities, vehicle documentation and other relevant information is kept and maintained accurately and comprehensively.
  • Participate in planning sales campaigns and promotions to maximise sales penetration and take part fully in on‑ and off‑site promotions run by the department.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar sales role.
  • Professionalism, self‑motivation and good interpersonal skills.
  • Full driving licence.
