Yeomans Skoda Exeter is looking for a Weekend Showroom Host/Receptionist to join their team and work alongside them in their exciting showroom. Hours will be 08.30 to 17.00 on Saturday and 10.30 - 16.30 on Sundays.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and upbeat and ideally have experience in a similar role, although this is not essential. You will be a key part of the team, providing support across our sales and service department, gaining a broad knowledge of the fantastic Skoda products to assist customers, whilst ensuring the highest degree of customer service is provided.
General Duties
- Answering the phone
- Meet and greet visiting customers, directing them to the appropriate department and offering refreshments
- Assist with general product queries
- Customer waiting area kept in order inc. refreshments in plentiful supply
- Showroom support when necessary
- First aid and fire warden training
- Sales Support
- Showroom display vehicles appointed with relevant and up to date information
- Used car display kept in order
- Used car photographs
- Test drive assistance where necessary
