We are expanding our Bridgwater Service Department to meet increased customer demand and are looking for a highly motivated Service Advisor to join our team. At Yeomans, we pride ourselves on excellent customer service, ensuring our customers are extremely satisfied with their experience. This customer‑focused role requires exceptional communication skills, the ability to follow procedures in a busy environment, and IT literacy. A key part of the position involves telephone call handling.
Responsibilities
- Making and receiving calls to and from customers whose vehicles require maintenance
- Converting these contacts into workshop bookings
- Appropriately upselling related products and services as applicable
- Working independently and showing initiative
