Yeomans have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Parts Advisor in their Hyundai & Bexhill branch in Bexhill. You will work alongside one of our experienced parts teams to learn all aspects of working in a busy parts department. No previous experience needed, just a passion to learn! We are looking for candidates who will share our passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service for all of our customers and are willing to learn new skills both as an individual and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting workshop, trade, and retail customers with parts related enquiries through all communication channels
  • Maximising sales opportunities
  • Stock maintenance and ordering
  • Receipting goods inwards
  • Managing warranty and new parts returns
  • Assisting the service department when required

Personal Requirements

  • A willingness to learn and try new things
  • It would be advantageous although not essential to have a basic knowledge of motor vehicles and their main components
  • A valid, clean UK driving licence
  • An eye for detail
  • A team player
  • Excellent communication skills and have the ability to use their own initiative
  • GCSE Grades A – C / 9-4 would be desirable

In return we offer a great financial package and an excellent working environment. The hours are full-time Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm and Saturday Mornings 8:00am to 12:00pm on a rota basis.
