At Yeomans Volkswagen Helston, we're looking for a skilled full time Workshop Technician to join our successful aftersales team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a modern, busy workshop equipped with the latest diagnostic technology, specialist tools and equipment, enabling you to deliver exceptional levels of service and repair quality for our customers.
Key duties:
- Conduct full examinations, repairs and maintenance of vehicles in line with manufacturers guidelines
- Work closely with the service team and ensuring they are kept informed of the progress of work on customer vehicles and they are fully briefed on work completed
- Discuss technical issues/works directly with customers when requested
- Provide a knowledgeable, courteous, responsive, and efficient service to all workshop customers personifying the brand
- Build and maintain a high level of technical competence
- Be open to try new methods of work designed to improve efficiency
