As a TPS Van Sales Driver, your primary responsibility is to deliver and collect parts efficiently, ensuring accuracy and minimising damage. You will develop and maintain strong customer relationships, leveraging them to sell additional products and meet van sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliveries
- Check orders with invoices, addressing any anomalies and informing the Warehouse team.
- Efficiently load all parts onto the delivery van, completing delivery logs accurately.
- Obtain authorised signatures and printed names from customers for all delivered parts and ensure invoices are received by customers.
- Collaborate with TPS colleagues for the efficient delivery of parts.
- Drive safely and courteously, following driver behaviour guidelines.
- Return cash credits to customers in line with established processes.
- Represent TPS professionally, understanding the TPS Brand Values & USP.
- Provide excellent customer service through knowledgeable, courteous, and responsive van delivery.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanour as the face of TPS.
- Report customer complaints to the Sales Manager.
- Plan direct routes, considering delivery references and customer priority.
- Deliver and collect parts efficiently and timely.
