We are looking to recruit a Service Administrator for our Service Department at Yeomans PEUGEOT in Worthing. This customer focused role requires exceptional communication skills with the ability to follow procedures and instructions in a busy working environment. With a key element of the position focused on telephone call handling, previous experience in telephone communications, as well as skills in IT literacy, are essential.
Key responsibilities:- Meeting and greeting customers in a friendly and courteous manner throughout the day
- Booking vehicles into the technical workshop
- Maintaining thorough product expertise and updating your knowledge through manufacturer led training
- Adopting a professional approach regarding the sale of repairs required
- Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work
- Daily admin duties - job card prep, support for service team, follow up calls
- Detail orientated & well organised
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively face to face, over the phone and via email
