Are you an accredited Diagnostic or Master Technician with a passion for problem‑solving? We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our dynamic workshop team at Yeomans Citroën in Exeter. Yeomans Group is a family‑run business with 35 sites across Devon, Hampshire, West Sussex, Surrey, Cornwall and East Sussex. This is an excellent chance to grow your career with a well‑established company. You’ll be a key player in our aftersales department, tackling complex vehicle issues and ensuring every customer who visits our Citroën dealership feels confident and cared for.
The Role
- Diagnose complex systems and perform routine service and repairs across our vehicle range.
- Ensure every repair is a quality, first‑time fix to provide an outstanding customer experience.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and technical assistance to your colleagues.
- Communicate with customers to understand their issues and provide clear resolutions.
- Develop your skills and knowledge to stay up‑to‑date with all the latest vehicle technologies.
- Complete video vehicle health checks to highlight any issues and opportunities.
About You
