Are you a multi-tasking maestro with a passion for the automotive industry? We are looking for a versatile Aftersales Advisor to join our team in Churt. This isnât your standard "desk job". In this hybrid role, youâll be the bridge between our workshop and our customers, blending the technical precision of a Parts Advisor with the elite customer service of a Service Advisor. If you know your way around an EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) but also love the buzz of a busy service reception, youâll fit right in.
The Role: Best of Both Worlds
You will be the face and voice of our aftersales department, ensuring every Honda owner receives the "Power of Dreams" level of service.
As a Service Advisor, you will:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, from initial booking to customer collection.
- Translate "mechanic-speak" into clear, helpful updates for customers.
- Upsell relevant products and services (VHCs, service plans, and Warranties) with integrity.
- Maintain thorough product expertise and update your knowledge through manufacturerâled training, both in person and online.
As a Parts Advisor, you will:
- Manage parts stock levels and fulfil orders for both the workshop and retail customers.
- Utilise Honda systems to accurately identify and source components.
- Handle deliveries, returns, and core units with clinical efficiency.
What Weâre Looking For
- Motor Trade Experience: Previous experience in a UK franchised dealership (Aftersales, Service, or Parts) is essential.
- Communication Skills: You can handle a busy phone line and a faceâtoâface queue with a smile and a calm head.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) like Kerridge/RTC/Manufacturer systems.
- The Honda Mindset: A commitment to "Fixed Right First Time" and providing a premium customer experience.
- Local Knowledge: A full UK driving licence and a manageable commute to our Churt location.
