Yeo Valley is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our People & Culture Team in the UK. You’ll provide expert ER guidance across locations, ensuring fair, compliant handling of disciplinary, grievance and performance matters.
You’ll coach managers, analyze HR data to spot trends, and help shape policies to support our people and culture. CIPD Level 5 is preferred but not essential for this role.
