At Yeo Valley, we're looking for reliable and motivated Skilled Logistics Operatives to join our Distribution team at Isleport, Somerset.

If you thrive in a fast‑paced warehouse environment and have experience operating Reach Trucks, Counterbalance Forklifts, and other Material Handling Equipment (MHE), this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As a Skilled Logistics Operative, you'll play a vital role in keeping our operation running smoothly.

From safely moving and storing stock to accurately picking customer orders, you'll help ensure our products are in the right place at the right time.

You'll also support stock control activities, maintain high standards of housekeeping, and contribute to a safe, efficient, and well‑organised warehouse.

  • What you'll be doing
  • Safely operating Reach Trucks, Counterbalance Forklifts, and other MHE in line with company procedures.
  • Receiving, booking in, storing, and replenishing stock.
  • Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Carrying out stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies where required.
  • Completing general warehouse duties to support the wider operation.
  • Carrying out pre‑use equipment checks and reporting any faults or maintenance issues.
  • Maintaining excellent standards of health, safety, hygiene, and housekeeping within a chilled warehouse environment.
  • Helping to minimise waste and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
  • What we’re looking for
  • A valid (or recently expired) Reach Truck licence.
  • Proven experience operating forklifts and other MHE within a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment.
  • A strong focus on safety, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
