Working at our Blagdon site, our largest production site, you\'ll undertake a range of tasks including handling products, controlling equipment, ensuring Health & Safety measures are followed, carrying out quality checks, and setting machines up for different products.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking new Team Members to join our diverse, friendly, and passionate team. We have various positions across Processing, Production, Packing, and Material Handling. You can develop new skills for your future and career pathway with us.
Most of our team start as Skilled Operators and receive support and training. If you already have advanced skills and experience, you may start further up our career pathway.
Here are some roles we have and tasks you might do:
- Skilled Operators: £12.81 per hour – Use machinery, equipment, and tools or Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) to complete tasks. We offer clear career pathways and development opportunities, whether focusing on engineering or team coordination.
- The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with a \'can-do\' attitude and strong work ethic. Training is provided, and prior experience in food manufacturing is an advantage.
Training includes:
- Packing products into trays and labelling
- Cleaning lines and washouts
- Dismantling and setting up machines
- Maintaining hygiene and safety standards
- Quality checks
- Organizing work areas
- Temperature checking chilled products
- Using Mechanical Handling Equipment
