We are on the lookout for an experienced Operator to join our diverse, friendly and passionate Goods In/Goods Out Team at Yeo Valley Newton Abbot. This is one of our largest production sites and offers the opportunity to play an important part in helping us to deliver our high-quality products to our customers across the UK. You will thrive in a fast-paced production environment, have a ‘can-do’ attitude and strong work ethic.
We are hiring for our days shift working 6:00 to 18:00 on a 4 days on days off shift pattern.
- Embracing Health & Safety and Quality requirements.
- Packing of well-known products.
- Operating a wide variety of machinery (filling, packing, forming or CNC machines);
- Demonstrating a commitment to delivery, leading by example; Completing paperwork accurately.
- Application of current GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices);
- Taking apart, cleaning and rebuilding production equipment.

Sounds interesting, what do I need?
- Forklift and Reach Truck experience
- Stock control experience
- Good communication skills, effective use of numeracy and literacy for documentation and record-keeping
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role
- A personal commitment to maintaining high cleaning and hygiene standards
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts;
- Highly engaged,
- A good team player;
- An ability to work unsupervised.
