Right now, we’re looking for a hands-on, reliable Multi-Skilled Operator to join our Base Supply Team at our Cannington facility. As a key player in the production process, you’ll be responsible for the accurate preparation and mixing of milk – the critical base of our product line. Your role will involve operating mixing equipment, monitoring quality standards, maintaining hygiene protocols, and ensuring efficient, on-time supply to downstream production.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:
- Operate and maintain milk mixing systems and associated equipment
- Accurately follow mixing recipes and production schedules
- Conduct routine quality checks and maintain batch records
- Collaborate with production and QA teams to ensure consistency and compliance
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Assist with inventory, stock rotation, and general plant support
The shifts follow a 4 on 4 off days working pattern between 0600-18:00 (12 hour shifts).
