Join us as a production operative at Yeo Valley Production Ltd in our Crewkerne production site. We are looking for great people to join our fruit team.

Shift: Mon‑Fri 1400‑2200. Full training provided; prior experience in food manufacturing an advantage. Scope to increase hourly pay after further training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working in a fast‑paced production area
  • Preparing ingredients for production
  • Assisting with the production and packing of food products
  • Carrying out hygiene and general cleaning duties as required
  • Accurately completing production records
  • Manual handling
  • Operating MHE

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding role
  • A personal commitment to maintaining the highest safety & hygiene standards
  • Highly engaged and a good team player
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Can follow instructions and procedures

Location: Commute by car from Yeovil, Chard, Ilminster, Taunton and surrounding areas. Facility: Crewkerne.
