Yeo Valley Production Ltd in Newton Abbot is seeking a Production Team Manager to lead our Day shift production team for a fixed 6‑month secondment. You will develop and guide the team, ensuring high standards of safety, quality and efficiency while controlling production costs.
You will work with other functions to plan and prioritise work, promote a strong safety culture, and drive continuous improvement using CI methods. The role is a days shift, 6:00–18:00, four days on, four days off.
