Yeo Valley Production Ltd is seeking a Production Team Manager to lead our night-shift production team at the Newton Abbot site, ensuring high standards of quality, safety and efficiency.
You will develop your team, implement improvements and work with other functions to deliver daily production plans.
The role focuses on leadership, KPI achievement, asset care and continuous improvement in a fast-paced dairy environment, with nights 18:00–06:00, 4 on/4 off, permanent contract.
