As Quality Assurance Assistant you will be providing operationally proactive Quality Assurance. Monitoring real time manufacturing product quality and technical procedures, interpreting the results and identifying opportunities for the site to make improvements. This role follows a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
Key Responsibilities
- Understanding the end-to-end process on site and being able to verify process stability and performance measures.
- Supporting investigations across site through understanding of site processes, monitoring points and controls.
- Interpreting all results, against requirements, with the relevant corrective actions or escalation.
- Capturing, recording and identifying monitoring points in the process.
- Highlighting areas out of tolerance and resolving/escalating as appropriate.
- Completing all sampling and testing as required by site, in a safe, accurate and diligent way.
- Ensuring all tasks are completed and processes critiqued where improvements could be made.
- Supporting the internal audit process, as required, to drive continuous improvement.
- Capturing trial results against procedures and gathering relevant data to facilitate development of technical product specifications.
- External laboratory systems - logging of samples, sample collection for external testing, booking of samples and reviewing results.
