Key Responsibilities
- Operate & maintain milk mixing systems and associated equipment.
- Accurately follow mixing recipes and production schedules.
- Conduct routine quality checks and maintain batch records.
- Collaborate with production & QA teams to ensure consistency & compliance.
- Maintain a clean & safe working environment.
- Assist with inventory, stock rotation, and general plant support.
- Follow a 4 on 4 off days working pattern between 0600‑18:00 (12 hour shifts).
