So, what will I be doing?

This role plays a critical part in maintaining 24/7 operational performance, embedding standards, and providing strong leadership, visibility, and decision-making outside of normal day-shift support. The role is full time permanent offering an opportunity to develop leadership capability while supporting site performance and stability.

  • Safe, stable, and well-controlled shift operations.
  • Clear ownership, accountability, and escalation of issues.
  • Strong handovers with no loss of critical information.
  • Engaged, capable teams who understand expectations and standards.
  • Continuous improvement actions identified, delivered, and sustained.
  • Consistent delivery of plan while protecting people, quality, and assets.

You will work a 4 on 4 off permanent day shift pattern, beginning work at 0600 and finishing at 1800.

Sounds interesting, what do I need?

Essential:

  • Short Shelf life/high risk / Dairy category experience preferred.
  • Proven experience of lean/ root cause in complex FMCG organisations
  • HACCP level 2
  • Food safety level 3

Desirable:

  • HACCP Level 3
  • COSHH qualification
