Yeo Valley is seeking a motivated Lead Operator to join the Packing & Stores team in the Dairy department at Crewkerne. The role operates on a 4 on, 4 off day shift from 6:00am to 6:00pm, leading daily activities and supporting safe, efficient production to high quality standards.
You will lead by example, guide the team, coordinate tasks, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining GMP, hygiene and safety practices across shifts.
