Yeo Valley is seeking an ER Specialist to provide technical expertise to site-based People Managers across three production sites, including Crewkerne and Newton Abbot. You will interpret and apply People Policies, offering sound advice and leading on complex employee relations matters.
You will ensure policies align with Yeo Valley’s purpose to nurture and nourish people and planet, supporting data-driven insights with dashboards and reporting, and upskilling managers through targeted workshops.
