At Yeo Valley, we’re passionate about nurturing people and the planet by making great food the right way, forever. At our Newton Abbot site, where we make delicious ice creams and desserts, we are looking for a Team Manager to lead our Goods in/Goods out team.
You will have a passion for stock taking and strong experience within a warehouse environment, and you’ll be responsible for leading and developing the operators in your team while building on your own key leadership skills. You’ll ensure our raw materials, prepared and finished products are produced to the highest standards in the safest environment.
In addition, you’ll ensure smooth operations and continuously seek ways to improve quality, efficiency, and production costs through engaging and supporting your team members and collaborating with other functions. This position is for our Day shift, working 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, 4 on 4 off.
