We have an exciting opportunity to join our Engineering Department at Yeo Valley Cannington.
This is a rotating shift pattern. This role is a 6 month FTC with the possibility of going to a permanent position.
- Demonstrable commitment to people and food safety through actively managing own work and the work of others in line with legislative, company and working procedures.
- Ensure the engineering team is utilised in the most efficient way through effective use of CMMS workflows, maintenance planning and prioritisation of work to meet operational needs.
- Proactively drive and deliver the highest standard of asset care through the application of best practice, developed knowledge and technical expertise.
Essential:
- Apprenticeship or equivalent level of training in multiple engineering disciplines (Mechanical & Electrical).
- Higher learning qualification in Engineering discipline.
- Demonstrable application of engineering knowledge.
- Previous experience of working in a manufacturing/production environment.
- Developed knowledge and understanding of enhanced asset care.
- Demonstrable capability in the application of advanced fault-finding techniques.
- Developed knowledge and application of RCM.
- Understanding of OEE and the impact of engineering.
- Ability to develop knowledge in self and others.
