What you’ll be doing

You’ll lead the CRM strategy and execution of campaigns to drive engagement, loyalty, and conversion to Yeokens, our award-winning loyalty scheme. You’ll champion data and insights to help us deepen relationships with our 1.5 million+ Yeokeners. You’ll collaborate with our creative teams to deliver content that’s fresh, fun, and full of flavour. You’ll also manage digital partners to evolve our digital experience to be smarter, more personal, and always a step ahead of the herd.

Hours

This is a 40 hours a week position, based at our Head Office in the village of Blagdon.

Salary

Up to £50,000 dependant on experience.

Requirements

4+ years experience in CRM and digital strategy.

Hands-on experience with Bloomreach or similar CRM platforms.

A can-do attitude and a natural flair for writing and storytelling.

Strong project management skills and a love for solving problems.

A passion for sustainability and organic living.
