We are seeking for a passionate Night Shift Team Manager to inspire, manage & ensure smooth, safe operations.
You will be instrumental to deliver fresh, sustainable, high quality dairy products.
As a Key Member of the Department Leadership Team, you will identify, lead and drive performance capability improvements within your area of responsibility through the Engagement and Development of your Operational Team and the Ways of Working supporting the strategic plans.
Working hours will be 4 nights on & 4 nights off.
