As a Quality Technologist at Blagdon, you'll be a champion of quality culture across our site.

Upholding legal, customer and consumers expectations, ensuring we are operating in a true quality, food safety focused, working environment.

You’ll be applying your experience and learned knowledge to provide advice and guidance to stakeholders across the business.

Supporting and coaching all site functions on food safety and quality aspects of production.

You will be a catalyst for facilitating solutions and improvements across site, engaging with all key stakeholders and enabling us to drive forward our food safety and quality culture.

This role is Working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern

Sounds interesting, what do I need?

  • - A good understanding of food processing parameters and controls, and experience in food manufacture is essential.
  • - Ideally you will have a science based degree or demonstrable experience in a similar role, and a passion for positive change and team work.
  • - Internal audit qualification and experience.
  • - An ability to communicate clearly.
  • Ideally you would have HACCP level 4 or 3, along with with either a 3rd party audit or internal auditing qualification.
  • This is a very hands on role, so people skills are key to the success of this new and exciting position.
