So, what will I be doing?
The Facilities Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining all aspects of facilitiesas well as building compliance within the public facing Blagdon venues including YVHQ, TheGarden Café, The New Inn, Rural Stays and YVHQ Serviced Offices. They will lead andimprove standards, implement systems and manage a high performing team of eightincluding housekeeping, maintenance and reception.
The role will involve:
- Health and Safety
- Leadership, Management and Accountability of Team
- Supplier and Contractor Management
- Maintenance, Reception, Housekeeping
- Security and Fire Management
Hours: This is a 40 hour per week position, based at our Head Office in the village ofBlagdon.
Salary: £45,000

We’re looking for someone to support the Operations Manager in delivering building compliance and maintaining health and safety standards. You should be confident that you can demonstrate the following:
