At an exciting time of growth at our Crewkerne production site, we are looking for production operatives to join our fruit team. The role is scheduled for the Fruit PM shift (Mon‑Fri 14:00‑22:00) in the Skilled Operator role. Full training will be provided. If you have prior experience in food manufacturing, that is an advantage. There is scope to increase hourly pay once further training has been completed.
Key Responsibilities
- Working in a fast‑paced production area
- Preparing ingredients for production
- Assisting with the production and packing of food products
- Carrying out hygiene and general cleaning duties as required
- Accurately completing production records
- Manual handling
- Operating MHE
