Own the night shift as a Skilled Operator at Yeo Valley Newton Abbot, contributing to the high‑quality production of single‑serve desserts and ice cream under the Yeo Valley brand and own label.
Working Hours & Contract
Shifts: 17:45–22:00 or 17:45–00:00, 7 days per week. Fixed‑term contract until 12 December 2026. Both part‑time and full‑time hours available.
Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to Health & Safety and quality requirements.
- Pack well‑known products.
- Operate a variety of machinery (filling, packing, forming, CNC).
- Demonstrate a commitment to delivery, lead by example, and complete paperwork accurately.
- Apply Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Take apart, clean, and rebuild production equipment.
- Perform any other duties as reasonably required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience operating filling, packing, forming, or CNC machines.
- Good communication, numeracy and literacy for documentation and record‑keeping.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role.
- Commitment to maintaining high cleaning and hygiene standards.
- Highly engaged and a good team player.
- Can work unsupervised.
