At an exciting time of growth at our Crewkerne production site, we are looking for great people to join us as production operatives, making our great nutritious food. We are looking at Production Operatives to join our Dairy team on nights at Crewkerne, working 18:00-06:00 on a 4 nights on 4 nights off basis.
Our Crewkerne site is split into different departments, including Dairy production, making great dairy products, Fruit production, supplying our business with tasty fruit to go into our yogurt and our new Savoury production team, who make hearty soups. You will be happy to work in a fast-paced production environment. Full training is provided, although if you have worked in food manufacturing before, that would be an advantage. There is scope to increase the hourly pay once further training has been completed. Pay rates £33,458 P/A (£15.32 P/H)
Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Working in a fast-paced production area
- Preparing ingredients for production
- Assisting with the production and packing of food products
- Carrying out hygiene and general cleaning duties as required
- Accurately completing production records
- Manual handling
- Operating MHE
