As Site Administrator & Communication Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting and strengthening our people-focused culture at the Cannington site. You will contribute directly to delivering our five‑year plan by helping to create a welcoming, safe, and inclusive community where we operate with purpose, reduce our environmental impact, and continue to invest in our people. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference to the future of Yeo Valley.
Through your work, you will support the development of our people and processes, helping to build capability and establish Cannington as a centre of excellence within the business.
- Take the lead on site communication activities in order to drive higher engagement.
- Work with the site team, other YV sites, wider YV team and externally to deliver best practice communication plans.
- Develop site Inductions for new starters.
- Oversee new starter onboarding.
What do I need?
- Self starter – creative, curious and able to think outside the box.
- Ability to build strong relationships.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously.
- Creative and resourceful in finding consistent innovative methods of communication to drive engagement.
- Ability to identify and allocate the required information to create procedures/guides that are understandable and effective for the production operations team & support functions.
- Proven ability to make decisions and to use your own initiative.
- Proven ability to be organised and accurate while working in a busy environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all Co-Owners.
- Proficient using Microsoft Suite.
- Working knowledge of content development tools and learning management systems.
- Working knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Excellent influencing and presentation skills.
