At Yeo Valley, we are passionate about nurturing and nourishing people and the planet by making great food the right way, forever. At our Newton Abbot site where we make our delicious Ice Creams and Desserts, we are looking for a Team Manager to lead our Process team.

You will have strong knowledge around manufacturing and plant operations. You will be responsible for leading and developing the operators in your team where you will be making all of our bases. It is important in this role to build on and develop your own key leadership skills.

You will ensure things run smoothly and look for ways to improve quality, efficiency and production costs through engaging and supporting your team members and collaborating with other functions.

This position is for our Day shift, working 6:00am until 6:00pm, 4 on 4 off.
