As a Quality Auditor you will drive a quality culture across our Crewkerne site, coaching and motivating stakeholders and acting as a catalyst for continuous improvement. This position is for day/late shift (10am to 10pm) working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern. You will work with a variety of stakeholders on projects and initiatives to drive improvements during a hugely exciting time at Cannington.

Responsibilities

  • Uphold legal, customer and consumer expectations, ensuring we operate in a true quality, food-safety focused environment.
  • Support and coach all site functions on food safety and quality aspects of production.
  • Provide an operationally proactive Quality Assurance presence to monitor real-time manufacturing product quality and compliance with quality standards and technical procedures.
  • Support cross-functional improvements when required across all key stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications

  • Formal qualification or demonstrable experience.
  • HACCP Level 3.
  • Food Safety Level 3.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Food degree.
  • Internal audit qualification.
  • Good coaching skills.
