Yeo Valley Organic is seeking a Production Team Manager for the Newton Abbot site to lead our Days shift on a 6-month secondment. You will guide and develop a Production Operation team, ensuring safe, high-quality output and driving improvements in efficiency and cost.
You will partner with other functions to plan, prioritise and deliver, uphold quality standards, and foster a culture of continuous improvement, coaching staff and building leadership capability across the team.
