As a Quality Auditor you'll be driving a quality culture across our Blagdon site, coaching and motivating stakeholders to influence continuous improvement and better ways of working. This position is full time (4 on 4 off shift pattern). You will work with a variety of stakeholders on a range of projects and initiatives to drive improvements during a hugely exciting time at Blagdon, as we embark on site‑specific initiatives and launches.
Responsibilities
- Uphold legal, customer and consumer expectations, ensuring we operate in a true quality, food‑safety focused environment.
- Support and coach all site functions on food safety and quality aspects of production.
- Provide an operationally proactive QA presence to monitor real‑time manufacturing product quality and compliance with quality standards and technical procedures.
- Support cross‑functional improvements across all key stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications
- Formal qualification or demonstrable experience.
- HACCP Level 3.
- Food safety Level 3.
