As a Quality Auditor you'll be driving a quality culture across our Blagdon site, coaching and motivating stakeholders to influence continuous improvement and better ways of working. This position is full time (4 on 4 off shift pattern). You will work with a variety of stakeholders on a range of projects and initiatives to drive improvements during a hugely exciting time at Blagdon, as we embark on site‑specific initiatives and launches.

Responsibilities

  • Uphold legal, customer and consumer expectations, ensuring we operate in a true quality, food‑safety focused environment.
  • Support and coach all site functions on food safety and quality aspects of production.
  • Provide an operationally proactive QA presence to monitor real‑time manufacturing product quality and compliance with quality standards and technical procedures.
  • Support cross‑functional improvements across all key stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications

  • Formal qualification or demonstrable experience.
  • HACCP Level 3.
  • Food safety Level 3.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Food degree.
  • Internal audit qualification.
  • Good coaching skills.
