Yeo Valley Organic is seeking a Technical Operator for the Nights team in Newton Abbot. The role runs 4 nights on 4 nights off, from 18:00 to 06:00, handling complex operational processes and machine optimisation to meet KPI targets. You’ll troubleshoot, validate safety controls, and maintain equipment to support production.
You will key in on root-cause analysis, engage with engineering when needed, and uphold hygiene and GMP standards, ensuring high-quality products across our dairy lines.
