Yeo Valley Organic in Newton Abbot is seeking a Production Team Manager to lead our Production Team on nights, 18:00 to 06:00, 4 on 4 off, and to develop leadership within the team.
You will guide one shift, drive safety, quality and cost controls, and collaborate across functions to deliver targets.
You will foster continuous improvement, manage resources, and report on performance while upholding our values as a British dairy producer.
