Yeo Valley Organic is seeking a Lead Operator to join the Packing & Stores team in our Dairy operation at Crewkerne. The role runs on a 4 on, 4 off day shift from 6:00am to 6:00pm, leading daily activity and ensuring safe, efficient production at high quality standards.
You will guide the team, coordinate activities, support continuous improvement, and maintain hygiene, safety and engineering standards across shifts.
