Yeo Valley Organic is seeking a Learning Specialist to diagnose capability needs, design high‑quality learning solutions, curate content, and support impactful development across the business.
The role focuses ~70% on learning design and content development and ~30% on facilitation and delivery across the organisation.
You will work with People Partners, Site Leaders and Subject Matter Experts to ensure initiatives are strategically aligned, practically relevant and engaging for co‑owners.
