Responsibilities
The Customer Operations Coordinator will manage all aspects of customer fulfilment of both internally and externally managed stock, specialising in order optimisation, 3rd party stock management, and all aspects of customer and haulier claims. Partnerships are a key part of the role, working cross‑functionally with the Commercial and Supply Chain teams to deliver customer excellence, being the key supply chain contact for customer ordering and claims and for the management of finished goods products stored and distributed by 3rd party providers. Excellent inter‑personal skills and clear, confident communication at multiple levels are required. Due to the complex nature of the role, you will need to think on your feet and use multiple resources to identify, react and resolve issues, as well as identify opportunities for improvement. The role is supported by a team of four people, and adaptability to cover all areas is fundamental to the success of the team.

During the probation period the role will be a Monday‑to‑Friday based office role, and after completion it will move to a 4‑days‑on/4‑days‑off basis.
Qualifications

- Excellent level of IT literacy with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience in Warehouse Management Systems.
- Stock Management in FMCG.
- Customer service/focus experience.
