Right now, we’re looking for a hands-on, reliable Skilled Operator to join our Production Team at our Blagdon facility.

Purpose
Ensure yogurt is filled, sealed, coded and packed to the highest quality standards, supporting efficient line performance and meeting daily production targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate filling, sealing, coding and packing machinery safely and efficiently
- Monitor product quality, packaging integrity and line performance throughout the shift
- Complete routine checks (weights, seals, codes, visual standards) and record results accurately
- Work closely with Production and QA to maintain compliance and resolve issues quickly
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working area in line with hygiene standards
- Support changeovers, material replenishment and general line operations
