Right now, we’re looking for a hands-on, reliable Skilled Operator to join our Production Team at our Blagdon facility. As a key player in the production process, you’ll be responsible for the accurate preparation and packing of our product – the critical base of our product line. Your role will involve operating mixing equipment, monitoring quality standards, maintaining hygiene protocols, and ensuring efficient, on-time supply to downstream production.

Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain milk mixing systems and associated equipment
- Accurately follow mixing recipes and production schedules
- Conduct routine quality checks and maintain batch records
- Collaborate with production and QA teams to ensure consistency and compliance
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Assist with inventory, stock rotation, and general plant support
Qualifications
Essential:
- Good team working skills
- Able to undertake manual tasks
- Attention to detail
- Effective communication
- Relevant work experience as a machine Operator in a production environment
Desirable:
- Basic Food hygiene
- Knowledge of HACCP
