Working at our Blagdon site, our largest production site, you will undertake a range of tasks including handling product, controlling equipment, ensuring Health & Safety measures are followed, carrying out quality checks, and setting machines up for different products. Due to continued growth we are seeking new Team Members to join our diverse, friendly and passionate team. We have a number of positions across our operational areas in Processing, Production, Packing and Material Handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Use machinery, equipment and tools or Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) to complete tasks as part of a team.
- Operate fast‑moving machinery, train and coordinate team member activities, and ensure materials and products are used or moved correctly.
- Carry out quality checks, maintain good maintenance and hygiene practices, and adhere to Health & Safety practices.
- Pack product into trays which are labelled on line, clear out lines and complete washouts at the end of each production run.
- Dismantle and set up machines for the next shift.
- Arrange the work area, ensuring all tasks are rotated and temperature‑check chilled product.
- Use MHE as required.
Qualifications
- Essential – Good team working skills; Ability to undertake manual tasks; Attention to detail; Effective communication; Self‑motivation.
- Desirable – Basic food hygiene; Knowledge of HACCP; Relevant work experience in a production environment.

Work Hours
These are varied, physically dynamic roles covering a 12‑hour shift (6:00 pm until 6:00 am) with a 4 nights on, 4 nights off rolling shift pattern.
