We’re looking for a hands-on, reliable Skilled Operator to join our Operations Team at our Blagdon facility. This is a fantastic role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment and has solid hands-on experience operating Counterbalance Forklifts and other Material Handling Equipment (MHE). If you do not have experience operating MHE equipment then training will be provided.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operation – moving stock safely and efficiently, keeping the operation flowing, and ensuring every order leaves in perfect condition. Accuracy and attention to detail are key, especially when picking. You’ll also be supporting general warehouse duties, and upholding the highest standards of safety and hygiene. We’re ideally looking for someone with a flexible, safety-first attitude and strong teamwork are essential. The shift pattern for this position is 4 on 4 off, 18:00–06:00.

Responsibilities

  • Operating ride-on MHE & counterbalance forklifts safely and competently
  • Temperature checking of finished stock
  • Picking and packing orders accurately to meet customer requirements
  • Ensuring safe use of all equipment and reporting any faults or breakdowns
  • Minimising wastage and supporting overall efficiency
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment

What you’ll need
