So, what will I be doing?
INTERNAL APPLICATIONS ONLY
At Yeo Valley, we're more than just an organic dairy company – we're a community rooted in the land, committed to sustainability, and passionate about producing quality food that nurtures people and planet. As a family-run business, we believe in doing things the right way – sustainably, ethically, and with people at the heart of what we do.
We have an exciting 12 month Secondment opportunity for a Brand Comms Lead to join our Central Marketing Team covering maternity leave, working with our Tideford brand. In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager for Tideford.
You will contribute to the planning and lead the delivery of a multi-year communication & media plan that it is consistent, effective and drives mental availability for Tideford Organic Food (TOF). You will lead the owned and earned media plan for TOF with a focus on content creation and building a TOF community.
Furthermore, you will help inspire our co‑owners, customers, external partners and agencies on TOF’s core purpose, positioning and ambitions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead the delivery of annual TOF communication plans, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, business objectives, and measurable KPIs.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing communications across digital, social media, website, ATL, BTL, and shopper channels to maximise brand impact.
- Manage TOF’s digital presence, including social media strategy, content planning, campaign execution, and consumer‑facing website performance.
- Champion the consumer journey by creating insight‑led marketing assets and managing CRM activities from acquisition through to retention, including consumer enquiries and complaints.
- Monitor, manage, and optimise marketing budgets, campaign performance, media effectiveness, and market trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver high‑quality communications, maintain brand consistency, and support growth ambitions.
The working hours for this Secondment are 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday). The role is based at our HQ offices in Blagdon. Whilst we operate with flexible working principles, we expect our co‑owners to be present in the office 2-3 days a week.
