We are excited to announce the opening of our brand-new pizzeria in South Woodford and are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join us on this new adventure. With over 28 years of experience in the hospitality industry, we are bringing our passion, standards, and customer service into the world of pizza — and we want the right person to help lead the journey from day one.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing daily restaurant operations.
  • Staff management, recruitment & training.
  • Rotas and scheduling.
  • Cashing up and financial controls.
  • Menu updates and changes.
  • Managing bar operations, including cocktails and drinks menus.
  • Maintaining excellent customer service standards.
  • Stock control and supplier management.
  • Leading and motivating the team.

Requirements:

  • Previous hospitality management experience essential.
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills.
  • Good knowledge of spreadsheets and admin systems.
  • Confident with cash handling and reporting.
  • Experience working with food & beverage operations.
