UI & Visual Designer (WebFlow expert)

A fantastic opportunity for a UI / Visual Designer who is also an expert with WebFlow. Within the position you will be making pitch decks, mockups and interactive prototypes, as well as working on other UI and UX design tasks and providing creative and innovative ideas. Sponsorships or theatrical experience and client-facing presentation skills are preferable.

The Role

• Design engaging UI and motion concepts for innovative advertising campaigns.
• Create customer-focused campaign experiences aligned with brand and marketing goals.
• Lead campaign design delivery and collaborate with global (EU/US) teams.
• Develop on-brand creative across multiple digital channels.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaign solutions.
• Ensure high-quality design across all campaign touchpoints.
• Balance creative, client, and user needs to make smart design decisions.
• Continuously improve processes and workflows to enhance delivery.

The Person

• 5+ years of UI and Visual design experience, ideally within a creative/ad agency.
• Expert / in-depth understanding and experience with WebFlow
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking that solve for a customer/business problem.
• Proven experience in creating and publishing digital activations for wide range of clients.
• In-depth understanding of industry design tools (Ex. Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma)
